How do I place an order?

Our order placement is all about your convenience, with options to order online, via email, phone, or through a Purchase Request Order on our website.

What if what I need isn’t on your website?

We can source a multitude of products, even if they aren’t on our site. Please reach out to us via email or phone and let us know what item (s) you’re looking for, and we will let you know if we can get it!

How is shipping calculated?

Free shipping is included on all orders shipping to the 48 contiguous states. If you require shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please contact us
directly for a shipping quote.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not ship internationally; however, we will ship to a freight forwarder of your choice in the US.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

In an effort to have your order arrive quickly, we ship your order from the warehouse that is closest to you. If you have multiple items in your order, we may ship from more than one warehouse. Most products ship same/ or next day. We ship all orders UPS ground with delivery anywhere between 2-10 days.
If we are unable to ship your order quickly, we will reach out to you with an ETA.

How can I track my order once it’s shipped?

When you place an order on our website, tracking will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped, making it easy for you to track it’s progress. If you prefer to order via phone or email, don’t worry, we’ll send the tracking details straight to your inbox!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, SHOP Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.

How do I know my payment information is secure?
